REFUND POLICY
The following tuition fee refund policy applies to all programs & courses and to all online students:
Free Trial:
We offer a completely free trial with no strings attached. After completion of a free trial period, it’s your choice to continue with us or cancel the subscription.
Customer Satisfaction Policy:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and in case, you are not satisfied with our services, you can simply send us an email at support@learningquraninstitute.com and request a refund. You will receive our response within 48 hours
Cancellation Policy:
In case of a monthly subscription to any course, you must notify one month prior to the cancellation. This term does not apply to students who pay after receiving services or at the end of the month.
Payment of fee (Hadiya):
Fees must be paid on or before the 5th of each month. In exceptional circumstances, where a parent guarantees and agrees to pay the price at a later date, the academy reserves the right to continue classes. In the event of non-payment, the academy will have the parent’s permission to pursue the money through all legal means.
First and foremost:
•We accept credit and debit card payments, Western Union, and your local Bank Transfer.
•The transaction must be carried out by parents, siblings, or a guardian only. Any third-party payment
will not be accepted unless it is informed prior to the payment.
•Students have the option of paying in advance for several months.
•If a family has more than one student, they can make a single fee transaction for all of those pupils
